How do I register to use the site?

To get started, just: 1. REGISTER for a church account specific to your size 2. FOLLOW the email prompts to get set up and invite your team, and 3.GO to the website and begin searching for what you need!

How often will my credit card be billed?

Membership on the VDM is billed annually. When you give your credit card information upon registration, that information is used to bill your card each year on the same date. Your annual Membership fee is automatically billed (and is non-refundable), but you can discontinue your account at any time. This annual billing enables you to just register once, and then enjoy your Membership for years to come.

What happens if a download won't work for me?

Refresh your page, and try again. If that doesn't work, restart your browser, then try again. If that fails, attempt to use another browser, then download again.

How often will updates to the content occur?

Every quarter (every 3 months) a fresh content update will occur. New sermons slides, stock photography, youth tools, kids materials, pastor materials, and more will be available here on the site.

How do I find what I need?

The top navigation bar provides the quickest and easiest way to find the tool you need. The top SEARCH bar is very helpful as well. Think of words that would characterize what you need, like "kids" and "coloring page." Hit enter, and search through the tools available till you find what you're looking for.

Is there technical support?

As the VDM is a simple download site, we are not staffed to provide technical support beyond you getting your download, or adjusting your account. Any important questions not answered in the FAQ and related to basic download issues or account issues can be emailed to [email protected]

Do I need a designer to help me with what I've downloaded?

As some of the church supply downloads are customizable (meaning you can add your own logo for your church), the answer is "Yes." You'll enjoy your Membership much more if you have someone on your end who can add logos to materials, work with InDesign CC, and get things to a printer for you.

How do I change my account information?

Just log in to your account, and click "My Account" in the upper right of the top navigation bar. In the Dropdown you can edit all your information.

How do I add my church leaders to the site?

Once you've registered, to the email with which you registered will come an email explaining how to add your allotted users to your account. Follow those directions, and multiple members of your team will have access to the site. When logged in, in the upper right hand corner of the website will be the My Account tab. Under this, you will see "Manage Church & Users." This is where you invited your church users.
